The company works to protect the environment around the factory and in general, with the use of adapted production techniques and with current and future products launched on the market. The company commits itself to comply fully with all current laws concerning safety, health and environmental care and works together with public services to create an open and constructive relationship. To realize these objectives, trainings are given and procedures are set up to inform and train all staff. Where necessary, correctives measures will also be taken to reach an even higher level. On June 21, 2007 Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products NV was awarded the environmental charter from the state government of the province of Antwerp, Belgium. |
