Description Frequency Range Key Features Thickness Service Temp Indoor/Outdoor
Highly conductive silicone sheet 200 KHz to 10 GHz .001 ohm-cm, High temp & excellent low temp flexibility, high compression properties .020" (.5mm) to .060" (1.52mm) 392°F (200°C), 446°F (230°C) short term In

ECCOSHIELD® SVR is a silver loaded, conductive silicone rubber material system.  It has high temperature and compression set characteristics and will provide high levels of insertion loss as a flat gasket between mating metal surfaces.  Extreme low temperature flexibility is excellent.

When tension is applied, ECCOSHIELD
® SVR increases in resistivity.  However, when relieved it returns to its original value.  ECCOSHIELD® SVR has been used at a current density as high as 1100 amperes per square inch after being conditioned by gradually raising the current density.

ECCOSHIELD
® SVR can be bonded to one or both gasketing surfaces with ECCOSHIELD® RVS, which is an electrically conductive adhesive designed for bonding silicones to metals and other materials.
